Why my shala?

With max 6 mats, group classes feel like private ones, but for a group rate! Enjoy lots of personal attention in a private atmosphere.

I truly believe Yoga is for everyone, considering a no one-size-fits-all approach. Offering active Ashtanga, passive Yin, a mix of both as well as Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga, I am confident, we find the right class for you. As life changes, so do our needs – thinking of pregnancy, birth, hormonal changes, menopause, challenging emotional/physical times, trauma, injuries, age. In our small groups, all levels are welcome and we always adjust your practice to your personal needs. Classes will support you in building a safe and confident home practice.

Class durations vary from 60-75 mins and are held mornings, lunches and evenings. Private classes as well as closed groups with family and friends are possible.

Honouring Yoga as a science and a thousand-year-old spiritual (not religious) discipline, traditional parts are incorporated in classes (e.g., mantras, chants). You are always invited to join, if it resonates with you.
