Where Rest meets Renewal
Honoring the in-between season with restorative Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Ayurvedic nourishment

Can you feel it? That soft shift in the air – spring quietly waking up, inviting us to move a little more and stretch a little further. Some days the energy flows, but on others it simply drains us. This transition from winter to spring can feel bumpy, exhausting, and leave us tired and irritated. Maybe, like many others, you’re still recovering and recharging your energy levels after the various winter viruses that have been circulating.

So how do we best support ourselves right now? While following nature’s awakening and spending more time out and about, we still allow ourselves plenty of real, deep rest.

What does deep rest actually feel like in your body?

I would love to explore exactly that with you.

Together, we will unwind and drop into our bodies with a few gentle, restorative Yin Yoga poses, settle our nervous system with some Pranayama (breathing), and sink into the profound, deep rest of Yoga Nidra – also known as the famous yogic sleep, a guided meditation for conscious rest.

Afterwards, we will share some warmth: a healthy sweet treat & a cup of Ayurvedic moon milk – a perfect evening ritual that promotes relaxation before sleep and helps the body cope with mental and physical fatigue.

Leave feeling deeply restored, centered, and ready for your spring.
