Instead of strict resolutions that often quickly fade,
let’s welcome the new year with ease, fun and kind intention.

Join our COZY & CREATIVE RETREAT where we explore these questions together.
We begin our day by settling in with a heart-opening cacao ceremony (feel free to join with tea) and a restorative Yoga Nidra (guided meditation), allowing you to fully arrive and unwind. Through visualization and journaling, you are supported to drop from your head to your heart, intuitively exploring your inner landscape. Here, you might even discover a powerful, personal affirmation.
Then, we bring these insights to life by creating your unique Vision Affirmation Card (combining vision board & art affirmation card). Using inspiring magazine images, words, a splash of paint, gold leaves… you craft your personal compass – a beautiful visual reminder of your intentions for the year ahead.
And don’t worry, you absolutely don’t need to be “artsy”. This is about letting our intuition guide your hands. Everything you need is already within you.
Finally, we share our creations over a festive kombucha and a healthy warm lunch (soup, bread, spreads).
