A Sunday Morning Bliss for YOU!
Together we start with a 60 mins Yang practice into this Sunday. The level is adjusted to the needs of the group.
After working through the layers of our body, we connect deeper by breathing and meditating together. Explore the balancing and grounding Nadi Shodhana breathing technique and enjoy some silent moments to yourself!
After a nice, long Savasana, I love to open the doors of my home for having breakfast together.
